Minor update to fix the bug that removed every single nations political advisor traits.

Added a few more generals for Academy City, gave it its first national spirit (don't worry, the focus tree will remove the 40% manpower debuff eventually, also created 2100 errors, ignore that part)

Expanded the leaders, set Alesiter to be Fascist, Touma for democratic (will change him later when I find someone more appropriate) and Dark Matter to communist on the advice of Silver Crescent.

(Will add traits to each later tonight + national spirits, first part of the focus tree should be done next week)
(Oh and ik Dark Matter has a poor quality photo, relying on the show right now and he's only in the intro atm, once he actually appears I'll be able to get a better portrait.)

Ok, Uni assignment done, back to working on this.
Small update mostly to let people know I'm back to working on this.
Started work on the leader GFX, the default leader (Aleister Crowley) has been added and Touma has been added as a general, currently just done the GFX & name tags, will give them custom traits soon.

Added an extra 1 province state as a slight buff so that you can start with more than 12 factories. (Might make custom provinces alter so that what is supposed to be a single city is not half the size of Sicily.

Added a custom flag design for Academy City (Currently just one flag for every ideology, I'll create new ones for Fascism/Communism (and maybe non-aligned) when I get an idea for a design)

Also fixed incorrect city names.
