Updated to add support for 1.5

All versions from 1.2 onwards now generate correct power levels. In addition, their power has been changed to 1500 max per unit (less than the 1700 from a full solar panel).

Versions 1.4 and 1.5 no longer require the extra research, compact solar panels are obtainable after researching solar panels.
