Yay another update on a mod that I said I was done with. Anyways...
-Balanced the bots reaction times based on difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the faster they react to compensate for the increased difficulty.

-No longer should be using any of Competitve Bots left over code, so I reverted some cvars back to default as the changes made by CB felt unnecessary.
-sb_enforce_proximity_lookat_timeout reverted back to 10. This value just tells the bot that if outside of the enforced proximity of the player that they have 10 seconds to get back into it or they'll teleport back with the player.
-sb_locomotion_wait_threshold reverted back to defualt.
-Bots will once again now seek cover if possible, or at least attempt to.
-sb_reachability_cache_lifetime reverted back to 3.

Literally just some left over code that needed cleaning up to bring it in line with the Survivor and Infected version. No player facing changes.

-Updated some of the mutation svars to keep it up to date with Enhanced Survivor and Infected Bots
-Nerfed bots slightly
-Added a cvarfor teleport debugging whenever they get stuck.
