Changed "London" to "Garysberg"
also added unique traits for Big Gary and King-Emperor Gary

now King-Emperor Gary's portrait appears correctly

Added a crap ton of event and equipment localisations.
also added an event for Fascist gary gang to crown Gary as King-Emperor, which gives him different traits
