-Changed the majority of techs checking for a voidcraft scientist for weight bonuses even though they are materials
-Made dome upkeep actually work
-increased tech weights
-made it so that planets keep their old graphics when switching to the habitable version.
-Made it so that AI doesn’t spam habitable planets everywhere. At least it’s now only in systems they have a colony in.

-moved terraforming planets into their habitable version to a decision. This will make the mod more compatible with Gulli’s planet modifiers, as some are removed when terraforming, which doesn’t happen anymore. Disabled for AI for now, so that they don’t murder themselves.
-removed techs that previously unlocked buildings, as there is no need for them.
-removed all buildings. Instead each planet changes the output of certain jobs.
-changed planet preference for habitation planet classes to also change what resource the species eats, since they don’t produce food.
-planets start full of blockers, although there is currently a bug where small planets don’t get all of them. This is also partially so that I can add deposits.
