Mainly survivability improvements with better armour and launcher positioning.
Added more sandcaster coilguns, because you can never have enough sandcaster coilguns.
Removed 1x flak launcher and dedicated manoeuvring NTRs.

* Replaced 39MW 34mm heavy coilguns with 13MW turreted capacitor coilguns. The mass penalty and performance are both awful, but hidden behind armour bulge they actually manage to have good survivability and they are the closest thing to accurate sandblasters in the stock game, while heavy coilguns, while formidable if they hit anything, generally don't get ANY apportunities to score hits.
* replaced a lot of 60mm cannons with 60 and 100MW turreted coilguns to make use of staggered firing without capacitors, increase sandblaster spam firepower and reduce lag.
