- Moved the tech upgrades for AE-Tier FE buildings to Override because I can't override them in the main ACOT mod

- FE ships you gained from ringworld start will now have DM-Tier stuffs

- Stupid stinky, smelly, good-for-nothing, blarg, useless, idotic, unfun, dumb crappy and b0ld and foolish Sentinels will now have their ships at DM-Tier. (Due to people's demand)
