- Temporary restored the patch fixes to ensure that the base ZOFE will have 2.1.3 fixes. This will be removed once Kolyn updated the base mod's codes.

- Also fixes missing weapons on Contingency Starbases.

- Updates the mod to reflect Patch 2.1.3 (Which does everything almost the same as I did, I simply remove my codes which are now redundant)

- Fixed spiritualist FE having two combat computers

- Fallen Empire FE Titans will now use ZOFE Titan Lance instead of vanilla (As the vanilla has no icon and resues Tachyon Lance one, yuck)
