Fixed an internal file system issue that could potentially stop the pistols from spawning.

Affix changes: level 45/98 pistols had their Shed Poison Spore proc replaced with Poison Cloud.
Former was quite underwhelming while Poison Cloud is more viable as it scales with player level and focus.
