Close Quarters Combat Pistols (v.6)

Description
Originally intended as an update to EEC, this pack is also made available as a standalone mod per steffire3's request.
Technically, it's my release, but the pack itself, as well as weapon info/stats were his idea, so most of the credit goes to him.

The basic premise was to turn pistols into close range weapons, all the while retaining their ability to receive ranged weapon bonuses.


Overview:
- 10 new pistols [8 uniques and 2 legendaries] with melee range and above average damage, physical/elemental damage types and similarly picked procs
- levels 15, 30, 45, 60 and 75 are as common as most other uniques with 100 spawn weight
- levels 96, 97 and 98 are more rare, with spawn weights of 60, 56 and 52 respectively
- both legendaries have a spawn weight of 35

The above is to give the general idea on what the weapons do.

@ F430 (author): Great job! The new changes to the affixes of the CQC Pistols at levels 45, 97 and 98 are going to be very useful towards specific builds.

nah, that was my mistake. I must have misread the amount of mana stolen.
either that or I just got caught up looking at procs having 2% chance to happen and used that instead of actual value.
it should be fixed now.

@ F430 (Author): Excellent! The only thing I didn't realize was that the Mana Stolen would be the same for both Electric Pistols due to the way the game calculates numbers.

Would it be possible to have the Auto Mag steal 4 Mana on hit?
