Added "Open/Close Religious Debate" decisions to show/hide the "Convert to [Religion]" decisions, so as to not clutter up the decisions interface. (Thanks for the suggestion Ilija)
Added heresy events to a five year pulse, which is basically just copies of ideagroup events that I found was the ones that made my converted heresy religions spawn in muslim provinces, but the vanilla events only did this with muslim religions, so I've added events that does this with the christian, jewish and zoroastrian heresies.
Added the newly added religions of Hussite and Dreamtime to the mod, because I edit the religion texture file, which meant that my mod would remove them.
Added 3 Hussite Holy Sites (Not yet implemented a decision to convert yet).
Added Hussite events to spawn the last 2 Holy Sites, also made it so that they spawn a Center of Reformation. (might remove the CoR, if it seems to powerful)
Added a "Fraticelli Pope" (tag = FAP) to fix the fraticelli religion, as it uses papal mechanics, and was tied to the "tag = PAP" the papal state, which caused several problems with the papal mechanics, as the religions didn't match. Now if you are fraticelli and hold "Rome" you will be asked to release the fraticelli pope, works exactly the same as catholics. (All credits go to the mod team behind the CK2toEU4 converter mod.)
Added some religions to some government reforms, especially the fraticelli pope being able to get the same reforms as the catholic pope.
Added Event to move the Orthodox Sugla(Lebedos) Holy Site to Moskva, if and when Byzantium and Constantinople falls.
Added Moskva as a possible orthodox holy site. See above for details.
Added triggered modifiers to most pagan religions, where they have to own and convert all 5 of their holy sites to get +1 missionary, +2% missionary strength, +0.5 yearly prestige.
Added a triggered modifier to the pagan religion group, where they have to own and convert all abrahamic religious sites (Rome, Mecca & Jerusalem) to get +1 missionary, +2 Tolerance of the True Faith, +1 yearly prestige.
Added decisions to Cathar, Waldensian & Lollard to spawn a Religious Center (Center of Reformation) in your capital or a random capital area eligible province if capital is not eligible.
Added a few decisions to allow some small european pirate nations to convert to old european religions.
Added the decision to convert to Yazidi.
Added my own icons to Yazidi which is based on the seven angels of the Yazidi faith.
Added Holy Site CBs to Anglican and Hussite.

UPDATES:
Updated the mod to add all holy sites from startup, instead of having to wait a day for an event to trigger which added them.
Updated the mod to move holy sites on subseqent startups if mod has been updated and some holy sites have been moved.
Updated convert to religion decisions to have a cooldown timer of 10 years (subject to change, feedback welcome), so as to not allow switching through religions immediately after you've already switched.
Updated convert to religion decisions to not allow defenders of the faith to convert to another religion.
Updated Mayan religion holy site province from "2633 Mani" to "2651 Ah Canul" (to separate it from Chichen Itza).
Updated Inti religion holy site "Machu Picchu" from "808 Cuzco" to "807 Abancay" to be where the monument are.
Updated Shinto religion holy site province modifiers localisations with better shrine names and short descriptions.
Updated Shinto religion holy site province from "1029 Kai" to "1839 Suruga", to be inline with the updated localisations and descriptions.
Updated Zoroastrian holy sites to be in line with the vanilla ones. As some other religions used some of the same holy sites as zoroastrian, I've also moved those.
Updated all province modifier pictures.
Updated holy site conversion zeal country modifier to include missionary maintenance cost reduction.
Updated all province triggered modifiers (Holy Site province modifiers variable name) so that they don't use province id's in their naming, but instead use holy site name or province name (ex. changed from 0118 to rome), this is more of a backend thing.
Updated Hellenic, Romuva and Slavic to the new provinces introduced with Emperor.
Updated some converted heresies to be in line with the vanilla game.
Updated converted_rebel_types to be up to date with the rebel_types from the vanilla game.
Updated the decisions and several other places to use the province modifiers instead of the province id's to find which provinces is a holy site.
Updated the Sikh holy site events that spawn holy sites, so that there is less of a chance of holy sites bordering eachother.

BUGS & FIXES:
Fixed holy site conversion zeal country modifier by adding 'religion = yes' so that it gets removed if you change religions. Done so you can't use my mod to get the modifier bonus and immediately change back to your previous religion using vanilla game or other mods that allow you to change religion.
Fixed a bug in 01_converted_rebel_types where if you gave into the demands of Soumenusko rebels, they would force convert you to 'animism' instead of the correct 'finnish_pagan_reformed' religion.
Fixed a visual "bug" where if your capital was a holy site, the tooltip for accepting decision would show the province twice being converted.
Fixed a crash with some converter religions using Protestant mechanics making the game CTD if you tried to use those mechanics.
Fixed a "bug" which allowed the reformation religions to keep spawning holy sites, as long as you could keep spawning Centers of Reformations.
(BT) Replaced Animist in the northern parts of Scandinavia with the converter religion Soumenusko (finish_pagan_reformed).
