===== Basic 3.12 Update =====

This one is a rather minor tweak to keep the crisis up on par with the new stuff

- Stellarborne Ships now have innate 100% hardener on both shields and armors.

- Stellarborne Ships have the same 75% damage resistance aura that Leviathans have.

- Increases the amount of ships spawned on every difficulty.

==== Some Early Changes for the eventual reworks of the Submod ====

- Ascending, or picking SB start no longer turns you into a new type of empire, so now you keep all your ethos, and default empire type.

- SB Champions can now build their custom citadels/custom capital building through the same method you use to make PRecursor Citadels (Artwork WIP)

- There is now an option to disable AI from doing Gate Events.

- Requirement for the Second Analysis has been increased to now needing Alpha and Precursor Tech.

- Some hull point nerfs to SB Ships.
