Updated to 3.3 (XDSW)
renamed "set_allow_matrilineal_marriage = yes" to "law_set_allow_matrilineal_marriage = yes"
because some asshat at PDS decided it needed renaming for no good reason
added some redundant spaces to better match the vanilla 3.3 file

fixed a bug where Patricions would have the wrong succession laws due to not having crown authority 4 or centralization 4

remade again barons now get correct succession and gender laws which means with a reformed religion you can have Absolute Cognatic Mayors female mayors are now a thing
