Updated character behavior and puppet parameters:
- Changed projectile shooting interval from 4.5 to 4.
- Changed projectile shooting distance from 90 to 100.

Updated Harpy puppet parameters and character behavior:
- Changed projectile shooting distance for Harpies. In Classic, Harpies would have to reach a set range before shooting projectiles, whereas in HD, they have no specified range (-1), so they will shoot from ridiculously long distances. Changed shooting range to 90, so Harpies will no longer spam projectiles from very far away.
- Increased the interval in which Harpies fire projectiles from 3 seconds to 4.5 seconds.
