Fixed some bugs, brought the novakid ship down, and changed how the quests were handled to be compatible with 1.4!

Fixed some more Glitch dialogue, made sure everyone gets the Manipulator, and fixed the Novakid chest.

Glitch dialogue now uses appropriate prefixes.
