Removed the legacy ODA House, while making levy units available from cities:
- Towns can be used to raise units like Swordsmen and Levy Archers
- But units armed with guns can be raised only from Large Cities.

In addition, as part of a preparatory exercise to go into Forge of Storms, all Cities have had their Garrison sizes chnged:
- City: 20 units
- Major City: 30 units

These rules for cities are expected to be carried over into Age of Darkness.

Archiving files as part of a modding exercise.

Planning to do away with ODA's original system for levies. We have already moved attrition techs away to the Speakeasy - we should just proceed and finish the job, once and for all.

[ Hygiene update ]
Some combat music added, but they won't be coded into UR. The reason is because we are preparing this mod to share assets with Age of Darkness.

Some sounds were added but deon't expect to ever hear them. Not in this form of the mod no.
