0.8.1 - Corrected problem (hopefully) with new trait not applying correctly.

0.8 - New trait, Clever Diplomats, which increases/decreases diplomatic pressure.

0.7.1 - Corrected minor bug with Gifted trait, and performed some minor balancing changes.

0.7 - Corrected critical crash errors with v0.6.

0.6 - Enhanced Ships now gives a bonus to weapon cooldown speed, rather than damage. Also moved it to Military category…where it belonged to begin with.
New trait, Eagle Eye, adds to vision range and weapon accuracy.
Minor cleanup of some GUI text.

0.5 - Complete overhaul of balancing the cost of traits against how powerful of a boost they give. There was a LOT changed here, and a few minor bugfixes too.

0.4 - Balance changes…most of this was undone or changed in v0.4

0.3 - Removed attempt to integrate Happy Trait mod, and is now simply recommended to use alongside this one. Removed attempt to modify trait point cap, and instead now includes a trait that adds a -905 point penalty (doesn't acutally penalize anything, but provides a larger point pool to work with).
