Fixed an imageposition issuse with the hanging gardens off putting them by one pixel to the right. Be sure to replace them. I also increased the spacescan so you should be able to put them closer to things. Also fixed the Chandelier's "On" animation using the "Off" postion sprite.

Made a universal player.config.patch, which will contain future items.
