Deleted the script for maximum compatibilty with the Last Stand update. A proper update will come later.

* Rebalanced script for less ammo and more damage
* Reverted from T1 SMG back to T2 Sniper Rifle
* Removed the non-existent flashlight
* Removed custom particles
* Added shell ejection

Moved to Tier 1 due to low rate of fire. It will appear earlier in campaigns, and bots will trade it for Tier 2 weapons later on.
