As per a few requests I added a new building called the "Animal Ration Dispenser", it's the same as the regular feeder but it only holds the rations, comes with the same research

Left the regular feeder as it was.

- Yet more icon changes.(I promise I'll stop fiddling)

- Changed icons slightly
- Made fancy ration have a small chance of showing up in animal stuff shops
