- Lowered SL Workbench/SL Forge/SL Processor/SL Vault crafting speeds to 50x from 100x

This should remedies most of the stutters and lags on inventory access.
** For SL Workbench, if you can't turn it on even with power or gasoline, just toggle your power source once and it should go back to functioning properly (I'm too incompetent to fix the issue, sincerest apologies).
