Fix for items that could be replaced by rocks in a greed mode item room (oops)

Patch note :
- Added double items for the Blue Womb (hush) and Greed/Greedier mode.

- Fix for treasure room with monsters not having two items

- All rooms are now more symmetrical and balanced !!! (yay !)
