Added bullet chambering
> Reload amount will now depend on wether if its an empty reload
> If you reload the knockout while it's empty you'll load in 5 Bullets, when it had some rounds left you load in 6
> Basically Magazine + Chambered Bullet = Ammo count like an actual real life fire arm!

> Added 8x Scope [MAC] Variant
> Added 20x Scope [MAC] Variant
- Removed fly-by sound for full stealth

This update is for the mac users to use larger magnification scopes, however it uses the old 2D scope. But its something for now.
