- put mor gold to the center

after onlin testing:

- put in the berry bushes again
- put in some fishing traps
- put in more fish
- deleted the house
- deleted some cows and sheeps
- deleted the ship
- replaced the relics (more visible to the player)

some balancing

- deleted berry bushes
- deleted some wild animals
- deleted some gold near the bases

Players now need to concentrade on trading and fishing

- changed standard diplomacy to 1+2 vs 3+4
