Minor adjustments, and fixes.. Started on new T4 Lemurian ultra pinched noses. Apparently Funcom believes distinguished individuals must be mutants. /facepalm

Additional tuning. Increased level requirement of apprentice potion recipes to be closer in line with vanilla funcom leveling standards.

Added refined yellow lotus potions/feats with some pre-requisites but no cost available at mid level range, splitting between stats and feats.
Will need some tuning, i'm fairly sure.

Christian the Blade has had their dongle repaired. Gender mismatch fixed. Seriously starting to think this mismatches were preventing many of the higher tiered named thralls from spawning, so as I slowly go through and fix them, new ones appear when they finally get a chance to spawn as the blockages are repaired.

Small sanity check on some of the racial template rng table values. Removed superfluous mod controller that snuck in; again it just slightly improves performance by reducing an unneccessary call and memory use on clients and servers.
Also found another 2 gender mismatches that snuck through for Talitha Goldfingers, and Rokur the Alchemist, apparently someone in charge of the devkit thought they should swap innies and outties for awhile to see if anyone noticed.
