Cleaning out the content pack to reduce space and possibly increase performance.

+Cool theater light effect.
+Light clusters for internal compiling for full or final.

-Skybox is gone......... lul

*Fixed weird shadows caused by skybox (shown above).
*Fixed wood frame crash.
*Fixed weird blue texture found on gas station windows.
*Fixed the map having no 'nodraw' textures.... RHAPID >:/


Updated Alley, gonna be updated about 2 more times for performance and re-adding the broken ayuz skybox.

*Changed textures in flatgrass to use updated ones.

Mostly performance fixes and a actual complete compile to help fix lighting and performance issues. Should be the last update for this map unless I wanna add something to it. O.o

+Added new gravel path and waterway for island hotspot.
+Smashable street signs. ;D

*Changed the detail of the sewer behind the gas station.

Mostly performance fixes and a actual complete compile to help fix lighting and performance issues caused by the huge areas in the map.

WARNING: Signs may cause lag (rarely).

*Fixed (possible) tornado problems when EP2 is unmounted.
*Fixed a few textures that weren't pointing to the correct location.
