+ Added (beta'ish) highway map that I had for a while.

The new map is just to keep people busy while Valley is down. This edit was done 2 years ago and is not up to date with the highway final version.

*Fixed particle caching. (Particles work now.) If the tornadoes don't show up, you have something wrong with an addon somewhere.
