• Added North German Confederation. This country can be formed by Prussia and is meant to be a stepping stone to forming Germany. It comes with new subject type and other spicy modifiers.
  
• Reworked Rhineland. Now has ideas and a potential new government form!
  
  Future goals are to bring back my event tree for Finland under Russia. Might want to add a few more of these Grand Duchies as the subject type is there to be used. Don't know how much interest people have in countries such as the Neo-Ottomans or Soviet Union so those are on the back burner for the moment.
