Trying to alleviate the slowdown from their "vanish at begin of play" ability because it's going combo badly with the new mission type I added to raider faction bases.

Added the Huntsmaster boss enemy

1) Can Vanish much faster and repeatedly compared to Hunters
2) Has Squadsight and Killzone
3) Also has Remote Fuse and Rupture
4) Attacks with their unique weapon pierces armour and has major bonuses to their crit damage

The reward for beating them is their unique weapon, On Guard For Thee: this magnetic Vektor Rifle is below Beam in terms of raw damage, but pierces armour and does far more crit damage compared to standard Vektor Rifles. It also provides Rupture and Squadsight when equipped.

It is however, unmodifiable.

Updated with a better, programatic detection of incompatible sitreps.

Specifically, the mod now checks the templates of the other sitreps on a mission: this way if a sitrep from a mod released later lists this mod as an incompatible sitrep, this mod won't proc if it comes afterwards. This way I don't need to keep constantly updating this mod for reported incompatibilities.

Nerfed Phantoms weapons a bit: want a bit more emphasis on them doing damage when they crit.

Phantoms should now upgrade properly, even if the player hasn't built the Shadow Chamber yet.

Phantoms should no longer target mission objectives as valid targets.
