"Quality of Life" Update

Version 3 of the mod introduces better handling of the trees in order to add them to your world easier.
In addition to this I have released a silver birch tree too!

+ Silver Birch and Dead Silver Birch
+ Preview Icons to all trees (excluding beech colour styles)
+ Dead Yew and Silver Birch trees

~ Changed groupings of trees to a single group and saved as prefab
~ Reduced initial size of trees when loading from file

- Individual tree parts such as; branches, leaves, trunks, as loadable objects
