Added color coding for increase and decrease of bonuses:
Green: Higher Bonus
Red: Lower Bonus

removing some "log" calls left in the events.

Minor update that makes sure the player always get the player bonus, no matter what empire type is being played. 100% savegame-compatible. Effect will only occur the next time the menu is closed or a year passes though. Also included ascended empire from Zenith among the AE/FE category.
