Added images for the tech tree (mostly based on the British Tree). Added a unique flavor to the names of techs. I looked up some historical CSA arms manufacturers for equipment. I will eventually probably do all custom icons. But I just quickly went through the text files and added some company names.

Updated compatability.

I have converted most of the files I can into unique files as I am mostly adding new content as opposed to altering existing content. This should improve compatability with other mods.
