Fixed bugs where knife attacks and executions didn't count towards your score.
Deleting a starting weapon won't cause a crash anymore.

Made lvl 1 enemies easier to kill.
Runners give off a few sparkles so you can identify them easier.
Fixed the UI for 3 and 4 player splitscreen.
