Quick fix for a compat issue with the "Pandora's Box - Fixes" mod, as well as for a potential exploit involving captured Erchlings.

I quick fix I decided to push out ahead of my busier update schedule later this month; I removed the 0.5 capture health fraction for Erchits and Erchlings, since neither are really possible to damage to begin with. As such, the game will assume they don't need to be damaged at all before being caught. Isn't that nice?

(I didn't actually test this hotfix first, but it's such a small change that there's likely no way it will have any problems. Let me know if any appear, regardless.)
