Localization files fix

Finally! Patch 1.08 is ready and upload!
Changes:
1. Added "Project Aincrad" events;
2. In the 9th resource (Ethernium), the time for experiments is changed - in the late game - less time;
3. Changed the reward for finding resources - if found it later ,the reward is higher;
4. Bug was fixed when the technology for Stage 2 of the 5th resource (the Eternal metropolis) did not appear;
5. Fixed a bug where in the research of anomalies with resources, a log entry did not appear;
6. Fixed a bug where when capturing a planet with unique buildings by a player without the required technology, the buildings started to work as if the player has the right technology;
7. Edit localization.

Patch 1.07.2. Anomalies fixes. Again... Now everything (probably) works.

Patch 1.07.1 is ready. Fixed terraforming of planets with anomalies. Thank you for reporting this bug

Patch 1.07 is out!
- added anomalies for spawn resources if it not generated at the start (it is required to allow of spawn in the mod menu);
- bug fixes by reports

The patch 1.6.1 has been uploaded.
The bugs are corrected.
Thanks for reporting the errors - because of my working time, there is not enough time to check the patches.

Patch 6 release!
- added a new mode - "Battle of Capitals" - in which each capital of the empire (except for the fallen empires) receives one resource at once, but the emergence of resources on other planets is blocked;
- Added a new civil model - "Chosen" - giving at the start in the capital one random resource;
- the method of searching for planets with special resources has been changed, there is no more message at the login to the system;
- the method of entering records in the log has been changed, the button "research" for a million days has disappeared;
- minor edits.
