- Lowered the cost for memebership from 100,000 cats to 75,000 cats.
- Dark Techies no longer appear in cities in The Shek Kingdom or the United Empire.

- Spawn chances in the locations they might be at have been slightly reduced.

- Significantly increased the chance of finding a Dark Techie merchant in one of the town/outposts/villages (Yes, I'm being intentionally vague) that they might show up at.

This should give them a closer chance of showing up than what I was originally going for.

- Fixed major issue with a dialogue branch with "the contact" that caused it to end early and not unlock the second dialogue ooption or unlock access to dark techie merchants. Also fixed some spelling/grammar errors with thhis dialogue branch.


- Changed the leader of The Dark Tech Society Pacifier's squad from "Dark Techie" to "Dark Techie Pacifier"
