1. Changed notification icon to blue, now that it fully overwrites the original one.
2. Incorporated Translation Text ID to make this mod compatible with Browneyes' Korean Translation mod.

Found a way to remove the original notification icon so that only this one appears.

Added a special notification in the upper-left corner. Left-click the icon to access the tech-related popup, right-click it to dismiss. Unfortunately, I was unable to get rid of the original notification.

I made this change because the popup was interrupting actions when it occurred. Tying the popup to your clicking the notification icon will keep that from ever happening again! THIS icon should be obvious. The bottom half is blue, the text is a bright gold, and the description text says "Click here for details". :-)

Updated Steam to reflect the new popup image.

With BeatWho's help, found a workaround to the PARAMS issue and located a research-specific image to replace the default rover one.

Realized there was a remnant of an older version still present. Removed it from the mod.

Stopped popup from occuring on start-up. It will now only trigger if the game has progressed beyond Sol 1.
