[rc3c] Changes:
Fixed bug where bots will not respawn as the right class when the target boards are shot. Only bots that are currently dead will have to die again to change class.
Fixed OCD-inducing cosmetic issues

[rc3b] Changes:
Added an option for 100ms lag simulation
Fixed a bug where bots would get stuck on corners
Got bored and added a few decorative rooms
Reskinned some textures to better match the TF2 artstyle
(Not much new in terms of gameplay changes, hence the minor version bump)

[rc1] New features:

No seperate .nav needed -- it's now packed into the .bsp file

Known issues:
Snipers will not head towards the trigger_hurt pit, as they will seek sniping spots. Snipers will be outright removed in the next version.
