Updated to new game update; mod updated.

Update includes re-balancing costs and upkeep based on newly added base game power buildings and merging with the (Balanced) Mod version I had. This update should work with current game version and has building icons.

Resolved an issue where the Stirling Generator Omega was producing 0.1 Power. It should now correctly produce 50 Power.

Posted details of each structure available.

Improved Large Solar Panles > Increased power genration to 35 versus the previous 15. This allows them to be comparable to 3 Improved Solar Panels. Cost to repair increased to 1, and changed to Polymers.

Improved Wind Turbine > Increased power generation to 20 versus the previous 15. This allows for a more balance turnbine inline with solar panels. Cost to repair incresed to 1, and changed to Polymers.
