Update 1.1

With more research I found that I was altering all the sponsors with my mod. I have since fixed the issue and all sponsors should have the correct values for research per sol, applicant pool size and rare metal export price.

I also added two logos to go along with the sponsor.

I made an error where resupply rockets had an incorrect maximum load amount. It has been fixed to 70,000 kg.
