Replaced the Voice with a new Version, Voice act provided by MikXP

Updates:

- Added slow healing ball with a limit to 300 health
- Added Thumbnails for the Balls in the Selection Menu
- Added Chat Message, working together with the Voice

I am pretty certain that there will not be any other Updates, since i did everything i wanted to do, seems like there are no Bugs whatsoever (if there are, tell me in the Bug Discussion), and i dont think there have to be even more kind of Balls.
