Updated UK HM Coastguard Van

Quite a large update to the Coastguard Truck. So after staring long and hard at the empty space in the engine compartment, I decided I needed to use space up. In the end I decided to add another engine - because extra power is always good. That meant however extending the back of the truck by one block. So whilst that happened I also redid the wiring for the whole truck. I also fixed the issues with the front magnet & winch magnet. The front magnet was too high to be used and the winch was liable to become stuck. The rear tow module has been built upon and improved.

Tow Module & Future Modular Trailer
The tow module has one large connector and three small connectors. The large connector is wired up to the tow control panel in the cab. By default, acceleration/deceleration throttle from the driver chair is sent to the large connector as long as the tow control key is on. This can be switched to manual control via the tow control panel.

The reason for so many connectors and the like is that eventually they will be used to control certain components on the module trailers. Having the left small magnet on might turn on the sidelights on the trailer, turn on floodlights etc depending on what the trailer module is. The new throttle brake system is also important in this. This allows a threshold detector on the trailer to turn on and off the brakes automatically with much more accuracy.

I will start looking into what kind of module trailers to add soon. :3

Changes List
- Vehicle has been extended by one block length-wise.
- Vehicle now has an extra aircraft engine. Engine power increased from 60,000 to 120,000. Top linear speed has increased from 9.8 to 12.8.
- Weight blocks have been added underneath to prevent the vehicle rolling over when turning.
- Engine Power Digital Display added to instrument panel.
- Removed “Response Mode” indicator from instrument panel. Realistic but a bit useless anyway.
- Magnet Connetion Indicators moved to side panels.
- Tow Connectioon side panel rebuilt.
- Added extra rear red flashing light block.
- Added Cab Light control to front control panel.
- Position of Front Small Magnetic Connector and Winch has been adjusted. The Front Magnet is now reachable / usable and you can now reattach secure the winch back onto the front of the vehicle.
- Swapped order of the indicator / blue wing lights.
- Re-organised all electronic to make it easier to understand. As a result circuits may have moved positons.
- Created Throttle Brake. Will lock throttle to zero (0) if brakes or handbrakes are on.
- Added flashing warning lights to tow module whenever one of the rear magnets are turned on.
- Changes to the tow module magnets / connectors. Tow module has three small connectors, with the middle one indented, and one large connector. These are all controlled from the tow control panel.
- Removed the Engine Hatch from inside the cab. Replaced with a Porthole instead for those who still want to have a look at the engines in-game.

Notes For Modders
Technical diagrams have also been updated showing you what each circuit do. Note that with two aircraft engines the vehicle can react a linear speed of 13.0 - but is liable to roll on turning. To reduce this I've had to add weighted blocks to the undercarriage to lower the vehicle centre of gravity. Through trial and error I've added enough weight to not roll the vehicle whilst maintain as high of a speed as I can. Please bear that in mind if you attempt to modify the vehicle - that this thing can roll.
