* Italy's 'New Roman Empire' (in vanilla, 'Novus Imperium Romanum') is now called 'Pact of Steel'.
(That's how Mussolini called his alliance with Germany, and is a better name than the Rome-thing - as there is already an option to remake the Roman Empire with 'Waking the Tiger').

* The Japanese autonomy system's rework is more streamlined. The order is similiar to vanilla, but now the highest level of autonomy has a different name from vanilla (the order now being Imperial Protectorate > Imperial Associate > Imperial Partner).
