Found a holdover issue from the Castlevania mod. A fix has been added but it is not known if it's appropriate.

- Castlevania banners are awful. Need to redo them and harmonise with Starbound's internal style (how?)
- OSI coat of arms found to be defective, additional coding added to fix the issue.
