Sanglar armour amended so that it now fits the vanilla colour coded system.

Mantizi changes done - their armour now corresponds to the vanilla system.

Other issues?

- Sanglar: looks strange, colours don't seem to make sense or do they?
- Kirhos - uses vanilla items, but who doesn't? thinking of giving them Mandaloran armour or stuff from Star Wars. Doesn't sound like a bad idea.

- Scyphojel - this is also a problem. Scyphojel items seem to be out of whack, as are Sanglar items.
