Fixed another bug with Lascannons not having any abilities.

Reduced whirlwind telegraph delay from 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds
Reverted changes to Scout mines and Bomb Squig mines since it broke camoflauge.

2019/02/20

Fixed a bug where Lascannon Devastators were missing their weapon.
Added a 3 second delay to the Whirlwind Barrage telegraph. This may be tuned a bit in the future.
Added a targeting reticule for the Tankbusta Rokkit barrage.
Both reticules should only appear if the ability is used by an enemy.

Rebuilt the mod from scratch to continue updating it.

Updated the cumulative changelog to match this remake.

Currently Turret Doctrine behaviour is reverted to vanilla until I have time to reimplement those features. Otherwise the mod reflects the changelog.

Gabriel's Critical Strike now does knockdown again.
Scout Snipers and Rangers gain a bonus 15 damage to Elite units.

Known bugs/issues:
Some tool tips don't display the correct characters
Shuriken Platform teleport does not show any visual on the turret when channeling.
Battlewagon Scrap does nothing.

Bugfixes:

Fixed a bug that would cause Eldar Shuriken Turrets to explode when the Connect Webway ability was used.

Space Marines:

Jonah's Force Staff now Silences and Blind enemies for 2 seconds when he strikes them in melee.


Eldar:


Vyper Slow Mine can now be cast much further. Ranged increased from 8 to 20.
Vyper doctrinal Slow Mine now reduces the recharge time of the ability from 40 seconds to 20 seconds

Ronahn's Long Shot ability now regenerates 3x faster in stealth cover instead of 1.5x.
Ronahn Snapfire amount from using abilities increased from 12 to 18

Removed Ranger teardown time of 0.5 seconds due to glitchy animation.
Ranger movement speed reduced from 7 to 6
