Turrets can be built without doctrine.
Eldar Shuriken Platform can now use Warp ability if Turret Doctrine is equipped
Ork Big Shoota Turret can now use Smoke Grenades if Turret Doctrine is equipped
Space Marine Tarantula Turret now suppresses enemies when the Turret Doctrine is equipped
Webway Reinforce no longer allows units to reinforce at Shuriken Platforms
Suppression should no longer reduce the movement speed of vehicles
Jumps and charges should no longer be affected by Suppression
Terminator Suppression now reduces movement speed by 50% instead of -2.5 speed
Fixed bug where SM Tier 2 upgrades were available before Tier 2 unlocked
Fixed a bug that allowed Gorgutz Healing Waaagh to affect Base Turrets
Reverted change to Listening Post to allow up to 3 builders to work on it at once.
Plasma gun damage reduced to 17.5 from 20
Plasma gun overcharge damage modifier reduced to 0.45 from 0.6875
Doctrine Chapel health reduced to 1500 from 2000
Da Dakka Hut health reduced to 1500 from 2000

Fixed an issue where Space Marines could not tech to T2 in Annihilation mode
Fixed an issue where the Tier 2 Resource Upgrade was available before Tier 1 was purchased.
Fixed an issue with Elite Point Generators cost scaling based on the amount of Power/Requisition generators.

Max Engineer count for Listening Post has been increased to 3 from 1, allowing multiple workers to work together to finish them faster. This is an experimental change that may be reverted if it causes issues.
