Fixed the problem were the Cheri Berry bushes wouldn't spawn

Tweeked the spawn rate and as suggested by Zancuno i fixed the Pokemon cries sp they shouldn't be to loud

some small tweaks I missed

Adds in custom healing stations for each pokeball (except the christmas ones).
Removed the title screen change and move the sub species to there own add on to the mod
Polygon and the lightning sword are now craftable in the PokeCraft Station

This is my attempt to ballance the Pokemon with the vanilla monster. Let me know wat you think of the changes I made.
