Added exit condition and tracker for living quarters validation: this should make the slot more usable on more computers, in exchange for limiting options somewhat.

Living Quarters Bond Slot now excludes soldiers that already have at least one potential bond to use.

Added two soldier pair slots to the Living Quarters. These slots let unbonded soldiers pair up with each other.

Time used is the vanilla default, though it is subject to alteration in the future.

Fixed issue with int to float conversions re: will project bonus.

Buffed will bonus from the bar to 50% instead of 25%.

Soldiers should now be auto-kicked out of the bar once they hit max will, if they're staffed there.

Fixed Shaken soldiers being unable to use the bar: the check for soldier usage now only checks their injury status, not their mental status as well.
