Ammo economy & major damage tweaks. Damage tweaks are to reflect greater multiplayer stability, as this reupload is for the sake of an ongoing multiplayer save in the first place.

Altered visuals and velocities for both Telion AF and AM.

Allocated correct sounds to the Telion AF and AM. For some reason, although the sound were in the audio folder of the original mod, they were never used.
